What we collect
When you use the request form we collect the name, phone number, optional email address, the type of location and the description you type. We also record which page you were on when you sent it. If you email or call, we keep whatever you tell us.
We do not ask for payment card numbers, bank details or passwords. Please do not send them.
How it is used
- To reply to your request and arrange help.
- To keep a record of requests so none are lost.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the form.
Who sees it
Requests are stored in the site's WordPress database and emailed to the site owner and the technician handling your request. We do not sell your information. We may share it with a service provider only when needed to handle your request, such as an email service.
Cookies, fonts and analytics
The site does not use advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them. If analytics are added later, this section will say so.
How long we keep it
We keep requests as long as needed to help you and to keep business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page and say what you need. See also the terms of use and the disclaimer.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
